Capybara pro-tips

  • Press / anywhere (or Ctrl/⌘ K) to search every lesson and tool. It searches full lesson text, not just titles.
  • Arrow keys move you between lessons: on any lesson page, and jump to the previous / next section.
  • The formula sheet is built to print — so are the lessons. Hit Ctrl/⌘ P and the chrome disappears, leaving clean study notes.
  • Your progress lives in your browser. Finished lessons fade back in the lists, courses show a progress ring, and the homepage offers to resume where you left off. No account, and none of it leaves your browser; clearing your browser data resets it.
  • Every statistic here is exact. The calculators use the same special functions as professional software (verified against known critical values and G*Power), not textbook approximations.

A suggested workflow for an assignment: ① not sure what analysis you need? Start at Which test should I use? → ② open the linked interactive lesson to understand it → ③ run it in SPSS/JASP with the lesson's step-by-step box → ④ get the exact p-value or critical value from the tables → ⑤ report it with the lesson's APA example and an effect size from the converter. The capybara has never once panicked on a deadline this way.

The thesis pathway
